Frequently asked questions about service packages and prices

What is the opt-out for the Annual Plan?

The annual plan is paid in advance for the entire year of cooperation and only in the case of annual cooperation the prices of the package are lower. In the event of termination of cooperation before the end of the full year, we deduct from the full amount paid by you the amount due for the months worked (according to the monthly settlement price list), and the remaining amount is reduced by 3% (towards the handling fee related to invoice correction and your resignation from cooperation) and we will refund you by bank transfer within 21 days of accepting the resignation from cooperation.

What is the IT backend outsourcing service?

Technically speaking, we create an address in your company's domain it@twoja_firma.plfrom which we contact your clients or partners directly by providing IT support and consulting services. From the outside, it looks like you have your own IT department 🙂

What is flexible scaling of services?

If our cooperation is based on the "careBasic" package, but you need something more in a given month - more service hours, a consultation meeting or dedicated consultant care, we settle all this in one flat hourly rate:

  • For the package CareBasic - 109 PLN / hour
  • For the package CarePlus - 99 PLN / hour
  • For the package CarePro - 89 PLN / hour

What gives me access to the customer panel?

In the customer panel, you have access to the history of invoices, offers, contracts and reports prepared by us. You also have access to our internal knowledge base and the ability to create service requests that are forwarded to our secret e-mail address and processed first!

What does "access to personalized courses" mean?

If you, or any of your employees, associates or employees of the management and management staff, need IT or marketing training, we will prepare such a course for you completely free of charge and we will take care of your development.

What does cooperation on the basis of "White Label" mean?

As a standard, when signing the contract, we reserve the right to branding your website or online store (we place a short information in the footer at the bottom of the page "IT support: ImageDesign") With a link to our website). Services in the care packagePlus and carePro include the "White Label" service, i.e. fully anonymous cooperation (we do not "advertise" our company on your websites or websites), but still - with your consent - we can use your logo or link to Your website or online store. I want to set up a website - which package should I choose?

If it's an undemanding website - a business card, a monthly CarePlus Package is enough. If you need a dedicated solution, it is best to contact us and we will quote the order individually.

I want to set up an online store, which package should I choose?

In this situation, it is best to contact us, we will prepare an individual offer for the implementation of an online store for you. Package services work rather well in the case of permanent cooperation (e.g. support for the service and development of an online store or the implementation of new content and functionalities on a website or store).

What discount packages can I count on in the CarePro package?

Due to the fact that we cooperate with many companies from the IT industry, we can negotiate rates for our clients. We can help you reduce the commission for servicing payments or couriers, lower the annual costs of maintaining the server or servicing Google Ads campaigns. See how far our contacts reach 🙂

How is the collaboration under any of the packages?

After completing the Online form, we will contact you to find out more about your needs and to plan a job for you. In the next step, you will get access to our Customer Panel, where your first invoice will be waiting for you. Invoices for the implementation of Package services are issued "in advance" and only the payment of the invoice guarantees the performance of the services. We will also ask you to accept the consent of the GDPR and sign a cooperation agreement. And all the rest will be history - a great story of your company's development 😉

Is it possible to cooperate outside of the packages presented above?

Of course. The packages allow us to systematize the work and guarantee high quality of service to all clients, but of course we can prepare an individual cost estimate for you or establish cooperation on completely different terms. Contact us and we'll do the rest 🙂
